We are providing
Waterproofing design advice, defect inspections, cause finding,
reporting and independent remedial advice for home owners,
construction firms, designers, building managers, law firms and insurers.
Waterproofing detailing of all critical areas of the building
to Australian Standards including the sub grade,
for which until today, no comprehensive
waterproofing Standard guidance exists in Australia to date.

We are providing design advice and monitoring
for the waterproofing trade during the construction process,
project peer group reviews, advice and critical reviews of
specifications, tailored individual training sessions
or group training and (always !) independent and qualified advice
for engineers, architects and for builders.
Advice on the complex causes and
the prevention of dampness
and mould in buildings.
We can provide this among other methods with
technical moisture detection 40mm deep with
a non destructive electric field and with
surface pin moisture metres.
Condensation risk assessments
can be provided with thermal imaging inspections
for optical leak detection which will be part of the formal report.
If required, we provide drone inspections
and survey documentation.
Waterproofing training can be conduced for groups, individually
and workshops on site or from the office or in 1 hour
"lunch time sessions" for your teams as required.
